Featuring Michelle Read, Global Head of Brand Acceleration, Google, who will present: Winning the Shift to Mobile by Identifying Micro-Moments with Google Tools

Mobile has forever changed what we expect of brands. It's fractured the consumer journey into hundreds of real-time, intent-driven micro-moments. Each is a critical opportunity for brands to shape consumer decisions and preferences. How do you find out what micro-moments are meaningful for your brand? How do you leverage these micro-moments to create your marketing plans?

Brand marketers need new tools to help them make sense of all of the data so they can understand consumers and what really matters to them during these micro-moments. Google’s mission to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful has led them to develop tools to do just that. In this presentation, our speaker from Google, Michelle Read, Global Head of Brand Acceleration, will walk you through the key Google tools (most of them are free!) to help you pull insights about your consumer and how they search for, engage with, and consume your brand online.

Michelle Read is the Global Head of Brand Acceleration at Google. Her focus is to align Google’s brand solutions to client marketing objectives to help brand marketers get the most out of the web and reach their goals. Since joining Google in 2011, she has been responsible for helping brand marketers navigate the digital marketing landscape to develop impactful advertising solutions that reach a brand’s target consumer where and when it matters most. She’s partnered with brand marketers like P&G, SC Johnson and Clorox to help them find consumer insights using the tools available at ThinkwithGoogle.com. She’s also spoken at several AMA Speaker Series events, and the Vegas Beauty Unbound conference, and published an e-book, Digital Metrics Playbook (digitalmetricsplaybook.com). Michelle holds Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
